Formed at the dawn of progressive rock in 1969 from the ruins of Simon Dupree And The Big Sound, and released their first album on Vertigo in 1970 They seemed for a time in the mid 70’s to break out of its cult based status, but somehow they never quite made that jump Considered closer in spirit to yes and King Crimson rather than ELP and The Nice, there unique sound melded hard rock and classical music This set was recorded over two nights in 1975, tracks 1 to 6 at the Agora Ballroom and the Remaining tracks at the Academy Of Music in New York
