Music Club's Kings of Rock 'N' Roll: The Best of Prefab Sprout doesn't differ too much from 2001's other two-disc Epic/Legacy Collection. Both albums provide listeners with just under 40 remastered tracks from the beloved and literate Paddy McAloon-led British pop act, making either one a logical choice for newbies looking for a Sprout sampler. ~ James Christopher Monger Excellent 2007 two CD anthology from the critically-acclaimed UK outfit led by singer/songwriter Paddy McAloon. Although not a prolific band, Prefab Sprout's string of '80s and '90s albums remain sharp and intelligent slices of British Pop/Rock that continue to enthrall new and old fans.
