Manhattan taxi driver-turned-jazz saxophone specialist Bob Berg lights up the stage of the New Morning Jazz and Blues for TV Festival in this 1994 performance that finds him backed by such talented musicians as Niels Lan Doky, Alvin Queen, and Pierre Boussaguet. While his tragically brief career was cut short by a fatal traffic accident in 2002, the remarkable legacy left behind by the former member of Miles Davis' band is undeniable.
