In 1991, Reverend Jack Shaw in Johnstown, Pennsylvania was trying to raise money for a hospital that he wanted to build in Kenya. He called on Cash, who was a deeply religious man and supported many worthy causes, to give a concert in a small church with the plan to release the taped concert on video. Cash brought along the whole family including his wife June and June's Mom, Mother Maybelle Carter, as well as Cash's son, John Carter Cash, who joins in on one number. - and is the "Producer" of this DVD.
