This new scheme allows their fans and supporters to encourage and finance new recordings via internet.
What an impact this cheeky use of modern technology has had on the band, their fans and the music industry is portrayed in the Documentary by Danielle de Picciotto. She was asked to document the ensuing tour in 2004 by Blixa Bargeld, singer of the band, to provide material for future concert documentaries. Besides filming the shows, she interviewed countless "supporters" worldwide, ending up with this documentary and resulting in a piece of art that reveals the power of following an individual, courageous path and how it can change peoples lives worldwide.
