Reagan was in the White House and D.R.I. was a young band full of anger, frustration and energy with hardly any money and a broken down old van D.R.I. hit the road to tour and promote their new violent pacification "7" one of their many stops was the legendary 'CBGB's' which had hosted many famous bands.
