Pendragon formed in 1978 and since its inception has built up a fanatical global following. The band's eighth album was 2008's Pure. Named Album Of The Year by the Classic Rock Society and described by Classic Rock magazine as 'Pendragon's finest hour so far', Pure was the leanest and toughest sounding release from the band to date and saw Pendragon breaking new ground creatively by fusing its Classic Rock / Progressive sonic template with more cutting edge Metal and Post-Progressive influences. Originally released on the band's own Toff Records label, Pure is now reissued in a special cd/dvd format on the new Snapper imprint, Madfish. The dvd comprises the 1 hour and 24 minute, 'Handy-Cam Progumentary'.
