Much beloved Celtic progressive rock/progressive folk-rock band from Ireland, who didn't really ever catch on in the USA, but many of their albums were released here and they did have a very devoted fanbase. Disc 1 contains a 2 hour and 15 minute film about Horslips and Ireland circa 1970’s & 80’s directed by Maurice Linnane (U2, Van Morrison, Chieftans, Rolling Stones). The programme features a who's who of internationally renowned superstar artists in TV, film, music, literary describing their memories. Disc 2 is a veritable treasure trove of 19 rare live performances, a customized setlist, interactive calendar and slide shows of classic horslips images and photographs and band weblinks.
