Reconstructed from the original 2001/2002 stereo cassette mixdowns. As some original tapes were lost or damaged, portions have been sourced from higher-generation dubs. No noise reduction and only minimal EQ have been used. Most of these tracks were previously released having been folded down to mono, but the mixes presented here are otherwise identical.
